Fast propagation methods of Aralia continental's were systematically studied through sifted leaf and axillary bud in this paper. The study made a solid foundation to realize the economic and ecological value of Aralia continental is.Optimum induction culture solid medium of axillary bud is Murashige and Skoog(MS) containing 1.5 mg BA /litre and 1.0 mg 2, 4-D /litre. Differetiation culture medium is MS with 2. 0 BA mg/litre , 0. 2mg NAA /litre and 0.2 1AA mg/litre. Rooting culture media are 1/2 MS containing 0. 02mg NAA /litre and 1/2 MS with 0. 5mg IBA /litre. Leaf method i s not suited to fast propagation. The same media have different effects on the explarits which taken from different seasons. The induction of root is relatively easy. The seedlings' transplantation is ideal after practising for three or five days. The seedlings which transplanted to the media of larch humus separately mixed sand or vermiculite could all live well.
