The genetic polymorphisms of porcine growth hormone(pGH)gene from +206-+711 amplified by PCR were charaterized with in DuFengJing pig with Msp1 , Apa1 , Hpo1, Hpo2, Hha1, Hha2 and Dra3.The polymorphism of Hpo1, Hpo2, Dra3 were not found,The genotypes and allele frequencies in every polymorphism restriction sites were calculated.The differences in genotype and allele frequencies were tested by X2.The effect them on live-weight and live-weight-increase was analyzed.There were three genotypes in the 506bp from +206 to +711 by emzybed by Mspl thatwereAA (284, 222), AB (284, 222, 147, 136), BB (222, 147, 136) .and there were CC (280, 226), CD (280, 224, 130, 96). DD (280, 130, 96) by emzybed by Apa1. and two genotype:EE (506), FF (156, 349) by emzybed by Hha2.In this study,three genotype by Mspl and Apal were all found.in the Hha2,EF genotype did not found.Chi-square text showed GH gene was out of Hardy-Weiberg equilibrium in the texted breeds (P<0.01) .Within the genetic variant measurements in every type herd,The polymorphism information content(PIC)for GH were 0.365,presenting inter mediate polymorphism.There was no difference of live-weight and live-weight-increase between genotype individual at Mspl restriction sites in DuFengJiang pigs.At Apal Polymorphism restriction sites,70-day-live-weight of DD genotype individual was significantly higher than that of CC genotype individual.the trend of growing from newborn to 6 month,D allele may be the advantageous allele of growth trait.In the experiment, the effect of PCR-RFLP-Msp 1 and PCR-RFLP-Apa1 combinedgenotype on some growth performance was studied. The 70-day-live-weight of ABCC genotype individual was significantly higher than of AACC genotype (P<0.05), and no significant difference was observed for other live-weight. The study of PCR-RFLP-Msp 1 and PCR-RFLP-Apal combined genotype on some growth performance was studied. The 45-day-live-weight of BBFF was significantly higher than that of AAEE genotype (P<0.05), the increasing of live-weight of BBFF genotype from newborn to 6 month was higher than that of other genotypes, so, BBFF genotype may be a genetic marker of growth traits. The study of PCR-RFLP-Apal and PCR-RFLP-Hha2 combined genotype on some growth performance was studied. The 45-day-live-weight of DDEE was significantly difference with CCEE genotype (P<0.05 ) , the increasing of live-weight of DDEE and DDFF genotype from newborn to 6 month was higher than that of other genotypes and gene frenquency of DDEE and DDFF was significantly higher CCEE genotype.There was no significance of length , hight and chess-size between Msp1 genotype individual and the same result was got between Hha2 and Apa1 genotype individual. There was no significance of newborn litter weight and teat number between Msp1 genotype individual, and the same result was got between Hha2 and Apal genotype individual.
