The relation between secondary metabolites of Ambrosia artemisiifolia and soil microorganism was studied. We systematically analyzed the dynamic change of Chlorogenic acid and Caffeic acid of A. artemisiifolia in different month. After carrying on research to the soil microorganism of root district of soybean, some microorganism were separated and purified from it. And through the restraining them experiments , we studied the relation of secondary metabolites of A. artemisiifolia and soil microorganism. The results showed as below:1.The contents of Chlorogenic acid and Caffeic acid of A. artemisiifolia increased from May, and reached the greatest by the end of July. Then the contents began to decrease in August. And the contents of Chlorogenic acid and Caffeic acid in the leaves and stems of A. artemisiifolia were higher than in the roots.2.According to the results of the restraining microorganism experiments, we got the conclusion that the secondary metabolites of A. artemisiifolia had certain selective inhibition on the soil microorganism.
