'DaMoPan' is one of the main cutivated persimmon cultivars. In this experiment, The effect of exogenous polymines(PAs) on fruit set, fruit hardness, supereoxide dismutase(SOD)enzyme, peroxidase(POD)enzyme, centent of malondialdehyde(MDA), centent of superoxide amion radical(O2-)were studied. Suitable variety and concentrations of polyamines(PAs) on 'DaMoPan' persimmon fruit set were found. The most suitable one could make persimmon fruit stored longer. The main results were as follows:1 .At 'DaMoPan' persimmon full bloom, spraying of different kinds and different concentrations of exogenous PAs could affect the rates of fruit setting of persimmon. The results showed 10 mol/L and 15 mol/L spermidine(Spd) application could significantly increase the rates of fruit set reach to 72.37%, 78.03% that CK was only 38.87%. 10-20 mol/L putrescine(Put),0.5-5 mo!/L spermine(Spm) could also get a raising trend of fruit set rates , but the results showed that the difference between the treatments and CK was not significant. 2.In colour changing stage of persimmon fruits, 100-200 mol/L Put, 50-150 mol/L Spd and 5-50 mol/L Spm applied that results showed PAs advanced chlorophyll concent in fruit peel.3.After fruit harvesting of persimmon, 100-200 mol/L Put, 50-150 mol/L Spd and 5-50 mol/L Spm could keep fruit firmness for a longer storage time for 3 days.4. After fruit harvesting of persimmon, 100-200 mol/L Put, 50-150 mol/L Spd and 5-50 mol/L Spm could enhance activation of SOD and activation of POD obviously, and could decrease the concent of MDA and concent of O2-. So PAs could prolong persimmon fruit storage.
