A Study On A Double Head Of Piker And Forage

On the basis of research on com harvesters at home and abroad, a double head of picker and forage for sell-walk corn harvester should be designed.In this article, the mechanical characteristics of cobs and straws on com plant are analyzed. According to orthometric test, many factor affected by harvest quality have found. Designing the parts of machine, technological feature was summarized. Work parameters were confirmed. Analyzing the motion of cob and straw in pick up, the relations of factors and straw cutter or transporter, the relations of parts of parameter and energy consumption were carried. The relation of rotation speed between ejector rciler and feed rake were analyzed. In the harvesting seasons, testing the performance with whole harvester and work parts. The testing result of the whole harvester was supply. At the end of the article, put forward the direction of next research. The result showed that the adaptability of new machine is extensive.
