The Eriocheir sinensis (ES) that suffered tremble disease virus was isolated by differential centrifugation ,PEG6000 sedimentation ,ultracentrifugation and 25% sucrose density centrifugation ,and purified successfully by sepharose-6B chromatography. The first elution was collected and concentrated at 4℃. A kind of spherical virus particles could be seen under electronmicroscopy. The antiserum of rabbits were obtained after immunized with the purified Eriocheir sinensis tremble disease virus.Immuno-peroxidase technique for detection of "tremble disease "virus antigens in the 5 th passage Sinopotamon denticulatum were established .The results showed that the virus antigen in cytoplasm of liver and entrails in the infected Sinopotamon denticulatum.
