This article has chosen four type southern rice, they are tesanzhan yifeng48 xiante47 teshanzhan Jesanzhan is of low quality rice. The experiment was done from 1999 to 2001,the temperature was designed by such , the early filling-milk stage meet the hot summer and the later filling-milk stage meet the cool autumn ,and we also used the artificial climate cane .the nature light intensity is set to be CK , and use 50 percent rate cover-net to product the poor light .this article has researched many physiological indexes of the dynamic rice quality and the leaf of four type rice in temperature -light condition ,we have studied the effect of light -temperature on leaves and rice development 1 The effect of light and temperature on rice fining-milk and chalknessHigh temperature can accelerate the rate of filling-milk in grain ,but it can also decrease the grain weight ,the degree is followed by the temperature . the effect of high temperature on the poor grain is greater than on the strong grain ,30%of grain could not be filled by milk or could not be fertilized. Maybe the reason is that high temperature make the pollen unfertilized or make the plant senescence early, grain could not get full milk or could not get the source from leaves ,this is the direct reason .the indirect reason is that metabolism is very strong in high temperature ,and degest more organic materials the source the grain can get is very little .High temperature has the right relation with the chalkness ,the higher the temperature the more the chalkness rate is, the difference between the strong and the poor grain in suitable temperature is very small, but in high temperature ,it is very obvious ,the result shows high temperature has effect on chalkness. The difference of strong grain between high temperature and low temperature is very smaller than the difference of poor grain .so it indicate that high temperature even more effects the poor grains chalkness development. The rate of filling-milk has a direct relation with the halkness , faster the filling-milk rate ,the more the chalkness is .the reason is thatthe rate of filling-milk is fast ,the development of the starch particle would be very disorder ,the cavity in grain is more and bigger ,rate of transparent is very low .chalkness is very more .the filling-milk rate decide the chalkness rate .the factors which can effect the filling-milk rate all can effect the rate of chalkness. The light intensity also has effect on filling milk, before the light intensity get to the tip , the stronger the light intensity ,the better the filling-milk is .the lower the chalkness rate .the light intensity has weight ,so to the poor grain .the light intensity can prolong the filling-milk period ,decrease the grain weight .the effect of light intensity on rate of filling-milk is smaller than on the degree of filling-milk .the result shows the difference of chalkness under general temperature-strong light and general temperature-poor light ,the difference of chalkness under high temperature-strong light and high temperature-poor light is very bigger.2 The effect of temperature and illumination on the synthesis and transforming of the soluble sugar and starch. The soluble sugar is the direct resource of the synthesis of starch. The experiment result shows that the soluble sugar content in the grain is high and the effect of transforming is low in the condition of the high temperature .the effect of temperature on the synthesis of amylosc varies in special, the amylose content of tesanzhan with low quality is low in the condition of high temperature .however, the effect of high temperature on the amylose of yifeng48 with high temperature is simultaneously influenced by the tight .the amylose content is high in the condition of strong light and otherwise it is low; the amylose content in strong grains is higher than one in poor grains. The effect of temperature on the difference among grains is more than the effect of the light.3 The effect of temperature and illumination on the sol...
