| Abstract Because of the replacement of times and the renewal of people抯 conception, many new ideas and contents are permeating into construction of residential districts, for example, showing 慹cology? 慳pproaching the nature? and 慼uman-centered thinking?etc. But it is most fundamental that people抯 residential idea has been changed from 憆esidential type?to 慶omfortable type? Outdoor afforestation of residential districts has been an important aspect that the residents consider when they select their own residences. Therefore, how to get the afforestation in residential district satisfy the needs of people and truly embody 慼uman- centered thinking?is becoming a practical problem that should be studied and solved. On the basis of Level Theory of Masalar抯 Requirement and the fact of construction of residential districts in cold area, four residential districts (Mini iang, Liaohe, Songshan and Xuanqin district ) in Harbin are selected as researching target. The thesis uses methods of questionnaire survey, inquirement survey and site survey to exploit the regularity of residents? behavior in greensurfaces and the orientation of residents抎emand on greensurface.The author thinks that buildings ,greensurfaces and roads should be planned and designed correspondingly as a whole when greensurfaces are arranged in residential districts ;We shouldn抰 sedulously pursue the characteristic of greensurfaces ,on the contrary, should pursue the combination of residential districts with environment ,history and humanities tightly.In all styles of greensurfaces in residential districts ,courtyard greensurface should perfect living service facilities to make a combination of the outdoor afforestation with living function .Road greensurface will most probably become widly-used and full-of-human- feelings activity places. About planting of greensurfaces ,the author suggests that a concentrated lawn should be constructed in center greensurface of residential districts ,big trees should be transplanted in new districts and the greening structure of compound layers should be persisted in to ensure the amount of species of woody plants .Water landscape should be flowing not motionless, and should be waterfall not fountain .We should perfect sitting and exercising facilities for the middle and old persons , playgrounds for the youths and pay more attention to the mannagement of greensurfaces in residential districts. The author also suggests that managers and residents should manage greensurfaces together and give wide publicity to the knowledges of greensurface in residential districts. |
