| Phsiological characteristics in cytoplamic male sterile lines 21 2A~ 2033-l~ 2034-1 and in their maintain lines 2l2B. 2033-2. 2034-2 were compared in the vegetative growth phase and in the reproductive growth phase.The results showed: (1)No matter in the vegetative growth phase or in the reproductive growth phase ,activities of Cytochrome Oxidase(COD) in the sterile lines were lower than those in the maintainer lines .(2) Activities of Adenosine Triphosphatase (ATPase) in leaves of the sterile lines were lower than those in the maintainer lines in the vegetative growth phase. Activities of ATPase in leaves and flower buds of the sterile lines were lower than those in the maintainer lines during the reproductive growth phase.(3) Activities of 6-phosphoglucose dehydro-genase(6-PGDH) in leaves and flower buds of the sterile lines were higher than those in the maintainer lines during the reproductive growth phase.(4) Activities of Acid Phosphatase (ACP) in leaves of the sterile lines were higher than those in the maintainer lines in the vegetative growth phase. Activities of Peroxidace (POD) and ACP in leaves and flower buds of the sterile lines were higher than those in the maintainer lines during the reproductive growth phase.(5) The values of GA3 in flower buds of the sterile lines were lower than those in the maintainer lines during the reproductive growth phase. These results suggested that CMS have certainly close connection with energy metabolism. |
