| 62 weaned Brittany Rabbit rabbits were divided into 3 groups, group C was control group; groupY I was added 0.75% enzyme preparation in diet; group Y2 added Oil%. daily weight gain, daily feed intake, slaughter performance. feed conversion, digestibility of feed nutrients . digest tract and pancreas development * microflora development in cacurn erythrocytic immunoadsorption serum biochemical values and hormone content were tested. End weight of group Y 1 was lower than group C (P > 0.05), end weight of group Y2 increased 6.1% than group C (P < 0.01); daily weight gain of group Y I was lower than group C (P > 0.05), group Y2 increased 9.74%than group C and 12.4%than groupYl (P < 0.05) ;daily feed intake of both grou~: Y 1 and Y2 were higher than group C (P> 0.05) ; economic benefit of Y2 was the best. Compared with group C, slaughter performance of both group Yland Y2 had trend of increase, small intestine WT/body WT of both group Yland Y2 decreased 8.01% than group C (P > 0.05) ,stomach WT/body WT. cecum WT/body Wt of group Y1, Y2 all had decreasing trend (P > 0.05) ;pancreas WTlbody WT of group Y1 decreased 12.94% than group C (P 0.01) ,Y2 decreased 9.8% than C (P < 0.05), difference ofYl and Y2 was not notable (P >0.05) Cecum TCA-P content of group Ylwas the highest, increased 10.34% than group C (P < 0.05) , group Y2 had a trend of increase than C, but the difference was not notable (P > 0.05) Feed digestibility of Yland Y2 increased 10% and 1.96% than C respectively, but all the difference were not notable (P > 0.05): water content in fecal of both Yland Y2 decreased(P < 0.05), CF digestibility ofYlincreased 22.8% than C (P 0.01), Y2 increased 13.7%than C (Pr 0.05); difference of CP digestibility of all groups were not 42 notable (P > 0.05); dry matter digestibility of Ylincreased 8.6% and 10.2% than Y? and C, all difference were not notable (P > 0.05); CF%in fecal of Yland Y2 decreased 17.6% and 14.2% than C, all difference were notable (P < 0.01); difference of DM% and CP% of all groups were not notable ( P > 0.05 ) ;diarrhea rate of Y land Y2 decreased 59.90/c and 32% than C respectively. Enzyme preparation supplementation in diet had no effect on Cyclization rate of red cell of experimental rabbits, but had very notable effect on serum hormone content, T3 content ofYl and Y2 were both higher than C (P > 0.05); and T4 content ofYl .~ Y2 were reduced; Ins content ofYl decreased 24.66% than C (P<0.0 1), Y2 decreased 18.33%, (P(0.05); (Xli content of both Yland Y2 had decreasing trend, but not notable (P > 0.05) Biochemical values of rabbit blood were not effected by enzyme supplementation. |
