It is the first time to study the effect of Zinc and br vitamin A in mice infected by Cryptosporidium parvum. The content is as follows: (1) Cryptosporidium oocysts were isolated from the fresh feces of calves at 2 to 4 week ages from three dairy farms in Nanjing area using discontinuous sucrose gradients. The Cryptosporidium oocysts isolated were examined by microscopy and monoclonal antibody (McAb)immunolabeling by FIFC against Cryptosporidium parvzim. The results showed that Cryptosporidium oocysts from calves in Nanjing area were Crypfosporidium parvum , which provided the scientific basis to the prevention and treatment of Cryptosporidiosis on calves in Nanjing area meantime the new species help to study on Cryptosporidiosis. (2) According to the standard of occysts identified by monoclonal antibody against Cryptosporidium parvum. The first survey was done on Cryptosporidial infection of calves at most 6 months age from three farms in Nanjing area in this study Cryptosporidium oocysts were found in fecal specimens from 16 subjects out of the 55 calves inspected. The average infective rate was 29.1%. No significant difference in infective rates of Cryptosporidium in calves on three dairy farms was found (p | Keywords/Search Tags: | Cryptosporidium, Oocysts, Monoclonal antibody, Zinc, Indirect immunofluorencent assay(IFA), Vitamin A, CD4 T lymphocyte, CD8 T lymphocyte | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
