Study On The Immune State During Pregnancy And Ante And Post Parturition Of The Rabbit

The gestation just like a successful allogeneic transplantation in immunology.There is a intricate and immunocompromised relationship between the fetus and the matrix during the pregnancy. This relationship keep the fetus inexclusive from the matrix which is very important to maintain the normal growth of the fetus. This immunocompromised relationship between the fetus and the matrix which is formimg during the pregnancy is an especial and significant phenomenon in immunoreaction.It is very important to understand procreate-physiology and procreate- immunology for studing on the immune state of the pregnant animal.In the study we use rabbits(hemochorial placenta) as the obiect to set up the animal pregnancy model.In order to Open out the immunology mechanism for the hemochorial placenta animal to maintain the normal pregnancy,to start-up parturition and enrich the content of the procreate-physiology and procreate- immunology we make out a systematic study on the immune state of normal pregnancy and post parturition in rabbits.Results on the total white cells and the lymphocyte during normal pregnancy and post parturition of the New Zealand White rabbits indicate that it is normal for the amount of the white cells and the lymphocyte ratio.Using indirect fluorescent antibody to test the Changes in the subgroups of T lymphocytes-CD₄⁺,CD₈⁺ and CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺ during normar pregnancy and post parturition of the New Zealand White rabbits.Resultes: CD₄⁺% of the pregnant rabbits on 10 days after parturition is Significantly higher than the correspond value of the unpregnant rabbits (P<0.05) ;CD8+% of the pregnant rabbits on gestational days(GD)29 and after parturition days(PD) 3 is Significantly higher than the correspond value of the unpregnant rabbits (P<0.05) .The paired-sample T test between the subgroups of T lymphocytes value during normar pregnancy and post parturition of the pregnant rabbits and the correspond value on GD 0 show that CD₄⁺% of the pregnant rabbits on PD 10 is Significantly lower than the correspond value on GD 0 (P<0.05) ;CD₈⁺% of the pregnant rabbits on GD 10 and GD 20 is Significantly higher than the correspond value on the GD 0 (P<0.05 ) ;CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺ on GD 5,GD 10 and PD 0 is Significantly higher or lower than the correspond value on...
