Banana transplanting seedlings transplanting can shorten the growing period in the field, reduce the rate of banana infection and avoid the chilling injury, but in our country, the study about it is less, and the cultivation method is lack of systematic and efficient. Therefore, in this experiment, the conventional seedling of Banana Brazil(Musa spp.) was used as experimental material, setting three pot experiments. We studied the influence of light condition, plant growth regulator and fertilizer synergist on the banana transplanting seedlings by measuring the morphology, dry matter accumulation, seedling index, nutrient accumulation and resistance index of banana transplanting seedlings. The purpose of this experiment was to screen the optimal light condition, the concentration of plant growth regulator and fertilizer synergist for the banana transplanting seedlings growth well, form a set of efficient cultivation technique and provide theoretical basis for the efficient cultivation of banana transplanting seedlings. The main results were as follows.1. With the increase of shading intensity, the pseudo-stem diameter, dry matter accumulation, seedling index, nutrient accumulation and the activity of SOD showed a trend of that 90%<75%<60%, and MDA content increased with the increase of shading intensity. Additional supplemental light treatments on the basis of shading found that 4 hours of supplemental light at night could promote banana transplanting seedlings grow strongly, and increase the pseudo-stem diameter and dry matter accumulation, which increased by 19.5% and 23.33% compared with the 0 hours of supplemental light, respectively. And it also could improve seedling index and the activity of SOD, promote the P, and K nutrient accumulation. Thus, 60% of shading during the day and 4 hours of supplemental light at night was the most suitable light conditions for the growth of banana transplanting seedlings.2. Foliage spray 20 mg/L of alpha naphthyl acetic acid sodium could significantly promote the dry matter accumulation and seedling index that of banana transplanting seedlings, and increased by 16.11% and 21.49% compared with the CK, respectively. It also could improve the N, P, K nutrient accumulation and promote the absorption of nutrients, where N and P accumulation increased by 10.16%, 10.64% compared with the CK. While spraying 20 mg/L of GA3 could significantly increase pseudo-stem height and chlorophyll content, it was 1.28 and 1.19 times of CK, respectively. It also could increase the proline content and the activity of protective enzyme, and improve the resistance of banana transplanting seedlings.3. The optimum concentration of irrigation root of three fertilizer synergist, compound sodium nitrophenolate and DA-6and alpha naphthyl acetic acid sodium, was 10 mg/L. While 10 mg/L of compound sodium nitrophenolate and DA-6 was beneficial to the morphogenesis of banana transplanting seedlings, and 10 mg/L of alpha naphthyl acetic acid sodium was more beneficial to the absorption and accumulation of N, P, K nutrient, and it also could increase the proline content and the activity of protective enzyme, and then improve the resistance of banana transplanting seedlings.
