At present, seedlings transplanting was mainly used in cultivation. The seedlings might easily be spindling when environment was incorrectly controlled in the process of nursery. Using artificial light sources to regulate plant growth and morphogenesis is an important cultivation technique in greenhouse. The commonly used artificial light sources such as the fluorescent lamp, incandescent lamp, high pressure mercury lamp, has low luminous efficiency, high energy consumption, high thermal effect.Application of light speetrum of LED on plantlets are important for plant tissue culture,plant cultivation and bud seeding vegetable. Therefore, to improve the light source luminous efficiency, reduce energy consumption is an important topic in greenhouse cultivation areas of artificial lighting applications. But effects of different illumination supplement on the growth of vegetable seedlings have little be researched. Combined with the seedlings task in Kunshan city of agricultural and sideline products Industrial Co. Ltd., in this experiment, muskmelon, tomato as material, study the incandescent lamp, high pressure mercury lamp and LED light source on the growth of seedlings, and provide the basis for the application of artificial lighting technology of plug seedlings.The main research results are as follows:compared with the control, height, stem diameter, dry weight of plant, seedling index, G value, the content of soluble sugar of muskmelon, tomato seedling with the supplement of different light source were increased, the permeability of plasma membrane was significantly lower than that of the others’. The different light source supplement under winter greenhouse environment can effectively promote the growth of muskmelon, tomato seedling, improve seedling quality, LED lighting has better effect than high-pressure mercury lamp and incandescent lamp. The second is the high pressure mercury lamp light. According to the requirement of enterprise technique, I developed muskmelon and tomato seedling technique regulations which are based on my experiment.
