According to nowadays of horsepower tractor driver’s lack of computer practice and operation procedures of tractor is not skilled, and in the actual production in tractor for mechanical failure problems and provides the development a great horsepower tractor virtual driving training system solutions.This article through to the tractor driving module use of correlation analysis, to determine the function of front axle can show walking tractor steering hydraulic steering mechanism and provides the function of agricultural machinery and articulated hydraulic suspension mechanism as the main simulation of tractor parts,using 3D MAX and Solid Works software model building and standardized processing of tractor hydraulic steering mechanism of front axle and hydraulic suspension mechanism after Solid Works Motion movement simulation analysis, by getting parts between Angle data, using data driven, write the related algorithm, realization of tractor interaction control display function, and use the system UI to program the software interface design, improve the software function.This paper mainly includes the following:(1) To build virtual driving training scene in tractor. Mainly through the Unity3 D and 3 ds MAX within the scene on the natural environment and training scenarios to build, improve the fidelity of the scene.(2) Modeling and simulation analysis was carried out on the tractor related model. Through access to relevant information on the shape of the tractor model, bridge model, front axle suspension after hydraulic steering mechanism model and hydraulic model model for 3 d modeling, using 3D MAX software to model standardization processing, and export for Unity3 D identifiable format,by Solid Works Motion after mechanical simulation plug-in of front axle mechanism and hydraulic suspension mechanism of mechanical simulation analysis, obtain relevant Angle data, provide data support to write algorithms for the related.(3) Write the related interaction control algorithm. Use data-driven, write algorithms for the walking tractor steering and suspension after hydraulic lifting articulated algorithm to implement interactive control function and agricultural machinery for walking tractor steering articulated,lift interaction control functions; Write the Angle switching algorithm, realized the simulation of driving the multiple points of view in the process of switching function; Write collisionalgorithm for virtual driving training scene collision interactive prompt.(4) The construction of the virtual driving training system. Using the Unity3 D UI system for application software interface design, perfect the function of driving training scene of collision detection, finally to release and test system.
