T-cell receptor β chain gene (TCRB) was significantly increased in myeloid tissue in the swine model infected by PRRSV based on the digital gene expression profile (DGE) in our study. To explore the function of TCRB in the process of PRRSV infection, the expression of TCRB was detected using real-time PCR. The result shows that the mRNA expression of TCRB was significantly increased, which consisted with the tendency in the digital gene expression profile. TCRB played an important role in the combination of T-cell and antigen presentation molecules MHC and the process of super antigen stimulation. The increased TCR expression may due to the proliferation and differentiation of T-cell induced by antigen. But the function and mechanism is still unclear.
