Study On CD8α Gene Expression In Bone Marrow Of Weaned Pig Infected By PRRSV

To study whether the CD8a participate in the immune reaction mechanism of anti-PRRSV,we established the model of weaned piglets infected with PRRSV and detectde the variations of CD8a gene expression in piglet’s bone marrow.The establishment was assessed via observations of clinical symptom, pathological changes in autopsy, HE staining lung pathological section and detection of specific virus gene by PCR.And qPCR,Western blot and indirect immunofluorescent assay were used to detection the expression of CD8a.The model of weaned piglets infected with PRRSV were established successfully.In which, compared with control control,the expressions of CD8a in PRRSV group were increased significantly at the level of mRNA and protein, and its mRNA expression was almost increased by2times. At the same time,the amount of CD8+cells were increased significantly too.After weaned piglets infected with PRRSV.both the level of mRNA and protein, the expressions of CD8a were increased significantly,indicating that CD8a took part in the reaction of host anti-PRRSV.
