The traditional deep loosening plough shovel abrasion in the farming process, focuses onthe research of the deep loosening plough shovel resistance strengthening technology andprocess. The CO2gas shielded welding spraying powder feeding compound, walking andswinging composite automatic surfacing technology, on the base of subsoiling plough shovelfor65Mn steel easy wear parts of high chromium molybdenum alloy wear resistant coatingswere developed, integrated deep loosening plough shovel wear. The system of the deeploosening plough shovel wear failure forms and deep loosening plough shovel and soil particleinteractions when the wear regularity and mechanism, the high chromium molybdenum alloysurfacing layer preparation process, microstructure, wear resistance and wear mechanism. Themainresearchcontents areas follows:The failure form of deep loosening plough shovel is mainly macro failure and the microwear, macro failure characteristics are mainly as follows: chipping, bending, crack, fracture anddeformation; microscopic wear performance: the comprehensive effect of ploughing and microcutting. Analysis of the stress conditions of the deep loosening plough shovel blade, the bladeresistance and edge radius is proportional to the corresponding edge, and the center of the circleangle proportional, namely edge arc more long, more cutting edge angle, the greater theresistance.The design idea of functionally gradient material, the wear-resistant composite materialstructure and composite process of design, we developed a new type of endogenous particlereinforced gradientcompositewear-resistant, highchromium molybdenumalloy powder.The CO2gas shielded welding spraying powder feeding compound, walking and swingingcomposite automatic welding process, the alloy elements and carbides prepared at differentsurfacing layer, especially the cored wire for hardfacing and spray powder can obtain ultra-highhardfacing layer, and HRC reached65. Hardfacing layer boundaries obtained clear, tissuesinduced by continuous dense, defect without pores, slag, crack and lack of fusion phenomenon,showing a good metallurgical combination. Lower kainite and the microstructure of thesurfacinglayerismainly dendritelikea smallamount ofresidualausteniteand carbide.The influences of main process parameters on the cladding quality, using the orthogonalexperiment method, analysis of main process parameters on the influence degree of the claddingquality, graphite (A), powder feed rate (B) and current (C)> surfacing speed (D). The optimal parameters for the: A2B2C2D3graphite:8g, spray the powder feed rate:0.8kg/h, current:210Aand weldingspeed:40cm/min. And todetermineandoptimistotherprocessparameters.Through deep loosening plough shovel specimen worn profile curves and SEMmorphology that wear mechanism, deep loosening plough shovel namely, abrasive wear lowstresseffectandmicro cuttingunderthefurrow.The wear deep loosening plough shovels to complete the field test of20.6hectares,87.1hectares of the promotion of demonstration. Research results will improve the deep loosening shovelplough wear resistance, reduce the traction force and fuel consumption, is conducive tomaintaining the stability of deep tillage and other key links, provide scientific theories andmethodsofconfigurationdesign, deeplooseningploughshovel materialtechnology.
