Research On The Establishment Of Government Information Department In The Interaction Of Organization And Environment

With the rapid development of computer technology and information technology, the complexity of the external environment faced by the organization is extremely increasing. In order to meet the efficiency requirements of the development of the technology, the organization needs to adjust its organizational structure and behavior. However, the technological environment is not the only kind of environment the organization has to face. The institutional environment also has an important impact on the development of organization. The institutional environment supplies the organization with legitimacy and stability. Under the pressure of conflicting requirements of the environment, the organization should explore the right mode for its own development.The research is based on the study of the relationship between the organization and the environment. The new institutionalism theory is used to guide the research. The article tries to figure out the influencing factors through the development of information department and explore the different effects caused by the different mode the organization chooses. At the end, the article would put forward a series of suggestions of how to promote the development of the information department.
