In this study, use loam of Lanzhou to abrasive in the MLS-225wet sand rubberwheel abrasion test machine for45#steel wear test sample, first of all, by direct sheartests analyze the mechanical properties of the soil abrasives, study the effect ofmoisture on the soil shear strength, cohesion and internal friction angle, and secondly,the soil moisture content for different abrasive45#steel wear test specimens analyzedmoisture content, shear strength and angle of internal friction and wear therelationship between mass loss, has been abrasive different soil moisture content45#steel wear mass loss curve, and were observed by scanning electron microscopy wornsurface morphology, explores the wear mechanism, the test analysis, this study wasthe following conclusions:(1) When soil moisture content of2%, the adhesive force of20.8kpa, with themoisture content increases to11%when the maximum76.0kpa, along with increasedmoisture content reaches saturation bonding force is zero, bond saturation of50%inaround the maximum; Angle of internal friction and moisture content of the soildecreases linearly abrasive relationship, reducing the stability of the abrasive waterstructure.(2) The vertical pressure state of soil and plastic shear strength increases linearlywith the shear strength of the vertical pressure to obtain the regression analysisequation τ=aσ+b, where a, b are constants, when the water content was14%, τ=0.1767σ+94.8kpa; Moisture content is below the lower limit of plastic, soil shearstrength increases with moisture content, high moisture content in the plastic limit, theshear strength with moisture content was large and non-linear decrease.(3)45#steel wear mass loss with internal friction angle increases linearly withincreasing shear strength increases exponentially with the increase of soil abrasivewear of metal materials may also be considered within the soil friction angle andshear strength and other mechanical properties of factors; Soil moisture content isbelow the lower and above the upper limit of plastic caps,45#steel wear mass losscurves gently, soil moisture and plastic limits supremacy next time wear mass loss with increasing moisture content decreased significantly between the plastic limitcurve, moisture content are important factors affecting the wear resistance of metallicmaterials.(4) Soil moisture content is below the lower limit of plastic, soil abrasive wearmechanism45#steel to micro cutting, soil moisture content is between the lowerplastic limit first plastic limit, the soil of45#steel wear mechanism from amicroscopic cutting-based gradually transformed into plastic deformation hardeningrepeated fatigue spalling based, and when soil moisture is higher than the plastic limit,the soil on the45#steel wear mechanism to reuse plastic deformation hardening andfatigue spalling based;45#steel wear mass loss decreases with increasing moisturecontent, moisture content of2%wear mass (58mg) three times at14%moisturecontent, water film plays the role of lubrication and cooling, reducing the frictioncoefficient and wear rate.
