With the rapid development of the textile industry in china, textile machines increased use. How to improve the motor system efficiency, save energy and reduce maintenance costs and so on, are the concerns of the textile industry. How to achieve optimal control of textile equipment is the electric drive industry has been studying the issue.This topic is designed to circular knitting machine as the control object, designed specifically for its working principle, working environment, technology requirements, etc. Frequency characteristics of the specific frequency converter, this frequency converter is the motor control system and micro-controller chip and a whole device, to achieve real-time frequency of the drive motor speed control, it not only has the general-purpose Inverter part of the conversion feature, also has the object for the control of production requirements and develop process control functions .This paper first analyzes the textile industry and the Development of frequency control devices, circular knitting machine control system and its operating characteristics, and thus leads to the importance of research to start special inverter. Under the control of textile machinery to achieve reliability, economy and other objectives, to develop the system design and completed part of the hardware and software design. Completed the hardware part of the main,design of main circuit, design of optical isolation circuit , design of control circuit, design of fault detection circuit, display and keyboard, part of the design. Software design section describes the circular machine dedicated inverter SPWM wave principle and method, and to modular program design as the guiding ideology, system is divided into SPWM wave generation module, interrupt module main function modules such as program design, to achieve the transducer complex functions, this part is the difficulty of this task.And carried out according to plan hardware and system software design and debugging, the debugging process, the process of debugging on the inverter problems are analyzed and experimental results observed with the oscilloscope.
