| Building energy conservation has become the focus of Chinese government's work on the background of the global increasingly serious energy supply situation. Energy consumption of HVAC system accounts for the largest part of the building energy consumption, so it also becomes the main research object of the building energy conservation work. A research on the heating energy consumption status was made through the heating area in the north of China, and the research also included the heating status of 83, 510, 000 square meter heating area, 311 boiler rooms, and 320 heat exchange stations in the 2007~2008 heating season in Beijing. The results show that Chinese energy consumption of heating is still too high, and the first-step energy conversation task for buildings has not been finished in some places. Through the further analysis of the reason for the high energy consumption of heating, the energy conversation retrofit measures about the building envelop and heating system are proposed. The design mode for heating was compared with the operation mode for heating, and a concrete room was simulated with fluent software, which helps to get the best operational mode suitable for the characteristics of Chinese heating system based on the actual operation management situation. Some requirements related to the best operation mode and some concrete measures taken to meet the requirements were studied and discussed.A heating housing estate for a research institute was studied to analyze the best operation mode profoundly. The building envelop of the two typical buildings were investigated and tested. Combined with the energy conservation standard for Beijing, the results show that the insulation level is too low and there is great energy conservation potential. The testing work of the heating system was the operation situation which included the heat source, heat quantity, heat consumption of each building, energy consumption of transportation, the energy consumption of the heating system and so on in 2008~2009 heating season. Based on the test and diagnosis, the reasonable retrofit scheme was selected with the related theory of the best operational mode and energy consumption simulation using DeSTsoftware. The best operation mode which is suitable for actual situation of the heating system is proposed, and the economic benefit and environmental benefit which brought by the retrofit scheme are analyzed. The study provides basis for the best heating operation mode applied in the concrete project.The best heating operation mode has its actual guiding significance and reference value not only to the energy conversation retrofit in the heating area in the north of China but also to the actual heating optimal operation work. The best operation mode needs to be built effectively on the basis of test and diagnosis to the existing building and heating system, and it is also necessary to take some related energy conservation measures according to the actual situation, which helps to exploit the energy conversation potentials of heating system to its maximum extent and reduce the heating consumption of buildings on the premise of heating quality guarantee. |
