As part of the conventional rectifier, the power grid into a large number of harmonics and reactive power.Therefore, the development of the rectifier has been the concern of academics,it is a hot issue that leading PWM technology into rectifier control.The solution of fixed switching frequency PWM current control is selected in subjects for designing PWM rectifier with a low cost ,wide-ranging and practical use. In this subjects , seven-segment type Space vector algorithm is used, this method not only makes the network of side current sinusoidal, adjusts the power factor and improves energy utilization, but also reduces the software program, improves the speed of operation. At the same times, The design chooses DSP as a hardware development platform.Wih its strong capabilities, PWM rectifier control technology functions is achieved,hardware costs is reduced and design flexibility and increased.Firstly,the basic principles and classification of PWM rectifier is analyzed, and then the three-phase mathematical model of VSR control system is established ,according to the work of state relations each phase voltage and current about three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier and the work of state relations of bridge. At last, the model Linearized with state feedback and the dual-loop control strategy is designed to meet the control performance requirements.On this basis, the hardware circuit is designed, it includes main rectifier circuit,sampling circuit, and control circuit.With the features of DSPTMS320F28335 processor floating-point type,implementation methods and steps of the SVPWM algorithm is analysed to achieve a space vector control, and through the production of low-power circuit to achieve.This paper focuses on three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier and the design of its control system , to provide a more practical controller design and selection methods.The main contents include algorithm, the controller's design, equipment's development, system's simulation and test board experiment.Finally, the results obtained by the System Simulation of MATLAB software and experimental waveforms of circuit simulation.The results show that the VSR rectifier with active current sharing power exchange to achieve a unity power factor rectifier control, it also show that the verification of the three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier systems theory and design of engineering is Certainty, the subject has gotten the expected effect finally. |
