In this paper,on the experience of developing grouting effect for the cross harbour tunnel at home and abroad, combined with the xiamen xiang'an tunnel F4 weathered slot, we simulated the fully-heavily weathered in the laboratory and use the ultrasonic detected the test piece before and after the grouting. At the same time on work field we adopt the full-section curtain grouting technology to construct. And introduce the five kinds of detection grouting effect methods. We achieved the following results:(1)Through laboratory testing to simulated fully-heavilly granite strata grouting, we can accord to the size of the speed of the sound velocity to reflect the changes of the rock before and after grouting; at the same time ,we can use the ground-penetrating rader detected different porosity and different water content of materrials . When we get the samples, we can analysis and interpreatation of images to accumulated experience.(2)Combination of field test conditions , we use the ultrasound and ground-penetrating rader to detected the layer before and after the grouting. In conjunction with coring drilling, drilling water inflow comparision and on-site excavation , we can determine grouting effcet the F4 weathering slot. Through testing a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and proposed a testing method at the present stage of the deficiencies and further improve the detection of grouting effect of opinion.
