In recent years, Direct Torque Control(DTC) methods of asynchronous motor have been developed rapidly for its concise system scheme,robust characteristics, and excellent dynamic and static performances. Its basic idea is:if the amplitude of stator flux is constant, by controlling the movement direction and speed of motor stator flux to change the angle of stator flux and rotor flux, regulate the electromagnetic torque, achieve the purpose of speed-regulating.In this paper, the direct torque control method and the basic principles of asynchronous motor are done study on deeply. Based on the analysis of the mathematical model of asynchronous motor, the flux torque observation method, magnetic chain torque adjusting method, space voltage vector selection of the control system carried out a useful exploration.It designs the control system simulation using Simulink toolbox, and analyzed the simulation results. The simulation results demonstrate that the direct torque control algorithm is correct and feasible.Finally, this thesis selects three-phase asynchronous-motor as object of control. The hardware platform of direct torque control system is constructed for experiment studies, which is based on the digital signal processor TMS320F2808 produced by TI as the controller and intelligent power module(IPM)as the main devices. This thesis explains the realization of hardware control circuit in detail and the corresponding control system software compiling method and program. The full digital control of direct torque control system was realized.
