Direct Torque Control (DTC) is a high dynamic performance speed control system developed after Vector Control Technology in two decades. DTC is a novel control technique which is quite different from field-oriented control, which allows the precise and quick control of the flux linkage and torque without calling for complex control algorithms.The Direct Torque Control scheme is studied in the paper, and gained the mastery of essential and key, based the new research of the Direct Torque Control, put up a series of optimization .In this paper, a new flux model which is the same with high-speed and low-speed is put forward, at the same time, it can be eliminate effect of dying-section; adopted a rational switch control strategy; in addition, the traditional PI regulator is improved. The simulation models of The Direct Torque Control system are presented based on the application of MATLAB/Simulink, and are dispersed ,so thatwhich are closer to digital control. Last the results were simulated indicated a better performance of the static and dynamic state, realizes quick and smooth switch from low-speed to high-speed, and enhances the precision of the stator flux and the torque in their observatory.Based on the theory analysis and simulations, this paper realize soft program at the pain of DSP setting. In the thesis, the software of control system with speed sensor is complied in DSP assembly language. Studying deeply the PWM generative mechanism, give a new generative method, set a rational motion signal of IPM switch; a complete set of control algorithm introduce PU(per unit), and perform floating-point operation on the fixed-point DSP and this software has realized functions of the sampling of stator phase current, calculating of the phase voltage, the observing of stator flux and the output of switching signal etc.
