| Science technology is developing day-by-day; automation level in the industry process is lifting up on and on. There are more and more automation-control loops in the industry process than ever before. It is concerned by technicians and automation-operation works, as well as more and more experts and scholars in a deeper extent that how to acquire real-time production data from the manufacture process in the industry field, then identify diagnose control system performance in a early stage. All this is called control system-performance assessments technology, the research of control performance assessment is being done about this.Control system performance assessments technology has been applied in the field of control process successfully. Several corresponding soft wares have been applied abroad. The Optimize Loop Performance Manger developed by ABB Corporation is one typical example. The time when to be researched in our country is later than the counterparts in the foreign, it is still in the theory-researching stage in our country, but it is been developed day by day to a ripe condition.It is presented briefly in this paper that the key approach to evaluate the control system performance is minimum variance control benchmark method. Due to the widely-used minimum variance benchmark method can't evaluate the time-varying disturbances system performance accurately, this paper mainly introduces the method for the time-varying disturbed system performance evaluation, and this method could compensate the traditional minimum variance performance assessments method. The main idea of this method is to separate the system output into several segments according to the disturbances, and then give out the assessment result. For the single-variable time-varying disturbance system, this paper put forwards common linear time-varying disturbed system performance assessments method, which is been inherited and developed to the multi-variable linear time-varying disturbances system. There are two important parts in this paper, which is single-variable time-varying disturbances system performance assessments method and MIMO time-varying disturbances system performance assessments method. Later this paper compares them with the traditional minimum variance performance assessments method. It is evident from the result that the method proposed in this paper is better than the traditional method for the time-varying systems; the method proposed in this paper has more accuracy than minimum variance method and is more practical to be applied. |
