With the rapid development of the global economic integration and the aggravation of the market competition, enterprises which will face the unprecedented challenges need to produce the products with high performance, low costs. In order to solve the requirement of market, a key part of bolwer-the hydraulic servo manipulator of the HY400X125 is designed and the servo system performance is analyzed in this paper.Whether the research and development of the new products or the transformation of old products are indispensable for the design of the products, the key to enhance the competitiveness and the soul of product quality lie in the design work of products. Therefore, the design work of products is one of the most important processes. In this paper, A mechanical hydraulic servo system whose working principle is introduced is designed, and then the amplifying elements of servo mechanism, the actuator and the feedback devise are designed. A mechanical hydraulic servo control valve which manufactures easily, cost cheaply and whose operating force is little in the valve core is designed in this paper. The structure and working principle of the valve are elaborated and the performance is analyzed. The results show that the servo valve meets the performance requirements. In this paper, unlike the common design of the oil circuit with using the steel pipe or hose, the holes are perforated on the piston pole, so that the hydraulic oil can flow into cylinder.Realizing the high control-accuracy, rapid response-velocity, high capability and low expense, the hydraulic servo-system is critical. In order to improve and enhance, it is necessary to analyze the performance of the system after designing the control system. Based on the detail analysis of blower hydraulic servo system,the mathematical model of hydraulic servo system is built through the method of transfer function.And then on the basis of the mathematical model of the system and by using of Simulink simulation function of Matlab, the simulation model which is based on the Simulink is built and this model is simulated dynamically. In this paper through the performance analysis of the hydraulic servo system of the HY400X125,the results show that the system stability, rapid response and accuracy are rational.Meanwhile, in order to show aesthetics and provide more information to readers, GUI graphic user interface has been made by Matlab in this paper.
