Smart materials refers to a perceived environment (including the internal envir-onment and external environment) to the stimulation of the analysis, processing,judg-ing, and to take appropriate measures to respond to certain characteristics of intelli-gent material. In recent years, with the development of science and technology, smart materials that represented by piezoelectric materials and piezoelectric,piezomagnetic composite materials, has shows a good prospect in a number of important engineer-ing structures such as bridges, dams, embankments and construction of structural he-alth monitoring, vibration, noise, shape control and self-healing aspects of injury. So the dynamics of their research has become necessary.This elastic material plane from the general dynamic problem began to study the introduction of state space theory, using the basic equations of elasticity derived the general dynamic problem in plane elastic state variable equation, state variable spa-ce solution. On this basis, has conducted a study of piezoelectric materials and piez-oelectric, piezomagnetic materials in a Cartesian coordinate system, excluding phy-siccal strength, body and body charge current situation, derived from the basic equ-ation of piezoelectric materials and piezoelectric pressure magnetic material plane dynamic problem the state variable equation.Obtained with the stress, strain, display-cement, electric displacement, electric field intensity, potential potential,magnetic in duction, magnetic potential and the lowest order free vibration frequency of the un-known amount of state space solution, this solution is simple accurate and easy to use.In the end of the article,using the Matlab program to calculate a beam that is res-pective made by the general dynamic materials, piezoelectric materials and piezoele-ctric, piezomagnetic materials and compare the results. The general dynamic materi-als is take steel for example, the piezoelectric materials is take BaTiO3 for example and the piezoelectric, piezomagnetic materials is take BaTiO3-CoFe2O4for example.
