Compared with other composite materials, piezomagnetic materials not only have excellent mechanical properties, but also have good magnetic stability and the magnetic parameters are stable to temperature and other environment. In application, piezomagnetic materials can be used in magnetic antennas, inductors, cables, delay lines, sensors and so on.Since the 21 st century, the rapid development of electronic information technology makes the importance of piezomagnetic materials more and more prominent in the scient ific development process. At present, devices made of piezomagnetic materials have been used in the nondestructive testing of structures in civil engineering. In addition, elastic wave technology has been widely used in nondestructive testing. At the same time, elastic wave is bound to become one of the key research topics in civil engineering, and its research content and results are bound to have important scientific basis and practical value for the safety performance of structural engineering. At the same time, although there has been a wealth of research on the scattering of inclusions in piezoelectric magnetic materials in whole and half space, however, the study of the scattering in quarter space and the scattering of single piezomagnetic medium by inclusions in half space are still rarely discussed. In this paper, the anti-plane properties of magnetostatic cylindrical inclusions in half-space and right-angle domain are studied. In this paper, the anti-plane problem of SH-wave in half space and quarter space with cylindrical inclusion is studied.Wave function expansion method, mirror image method of complex function and multi-polar coordinate technique are adopted in the research. In the complex domain, the continuous boundary conditions of stress and displacement are used to set up a set of equations to be solved. Then the dynamic stress concentration coefficient and magnetic field intensity concentration coefficient around the cylindrical inclusion are obtained by numerical calculation. Finally, the effects of dynamic stress concentration factor and magnetic field intensity concentration factor are studied by using different parameter combinations.
