The axle, the most important compontent of railway vehicle and motorcycle, its safety concerns directly the vehicle's safety. Through the theoretical research from the viewpoint of technology of axle processing quality, through the analysis of the use of axle material, axle fracture and processing method etc, the target is to develope independent intellectual property rights HXD3B locomotive axle.First, In the introduction of the axle research situation , axles materials and axles design of both at home and abroad, hollo shaft is the advanced development direction of the axle. In this paper, through the research of the axle, pressing force axle, discusses the basic principle of axle bearing. Through calculation, analysis and comparison the geometry of different materials axles, a load how to effect pressing force axle, which is discussed in detail. According to the elastic mechanics method of finite element and experimental stress analysis of freezing method for the stress analysis of axle , we research on the effect of pressing force for axle processing .Secondly based on material and practical experience and HXD3B the requirements of the axle , HXD3B type of axle process is studied. thoroughly analysing the main axle processing status and characteristics , planing the axle of the processing route, introducing the design procedure, introducing how to select the locating datum of each procedure. The key to the axle processing procedure is thoroughly analyzed in detail. For each procedure limits and processing equipment selection is studied. Researches on how to determine the each working procedure using equipment, tools , fixtures and measuring. Focuses on how to develop advanced process card, and analyzes the technical sophistication and production efficiency.Finally for optimizing the NC machining procedure, the thorough studing of three NC machining procedure of the machining process of the axle of HXD3B type, mainly introducing the NC programming method and using tools CAXA-ME, introducing in detail the NC machining program code structure .The research results can be used for HXD3B locomotive axle localization providing theoretical basis, and the higher efficiency and lower cost of production for the axle processing craft. |
