| With development of self-organization theory, self-organization management turn into a new branch of management theory, receiving more and more attention of scholars, by far, research findings have begun to enter the enterprise application. However, the construction system, the main body of which is construction worker, is a manual system, whose life cycle is shorter in comparison to the enterprise, such a system has no research.On the base of summarized study of overseas and domestic experts, this thesis put up building the self-organization management pattern in construction, on the combination of self-organization theory, self-organization management theory and psychological contract theory. Through a broad survey of industry, understanding the needs of the self-organization management pattern in construction and understanding the difficulties in the current construction process, the new construction management is to address these challenges.Analysis of the construction system use methodology of self-organization:the methodology of conditions mainly consists of dissipative structure theory; the methodology of motive mainly consists of synergetic theory. This find out the internal determinations of construction system through analysis, they are:contractual relationship, builder and organization; external factor is encouraging. And it proposed that the essence of construction system is psychological contract coordinated, based on in-depth analysis of the construction system.Design of self-organization management pattern optimizes the order parameter and incentives. In the optimization of builder order parameter, it proposed core labor team; in the optimization of contractual relationship order parameter, it proposed psychological contract; in the optimization of organization structure order parameter, it established an overall framework of self-organization management pattern of construction system, and it proposed task force in construction. It optimized external incentives. Ultimately the paper established self-organization management model of "task force-the self-organization management strategy-the core labor team", and designed self-organization management pattern in the construction project.The self-organization management of construction project system is a very complex process; the paper designing the self-organization management pattern is an attempt, there are many issues need to be further studied. |
