Research On Comprehensive Traffic Integration And Traffic Volume Forecast Of Arterial Highway Of Chaozhou

In June 2009,the provincial government working conference held in East Guangdong, Guangdong Province area are required to adhere to the scientific development concept as a guide and transport integration as a leader, promoting economic integration in East Guangdong, adding the "big Eastern Guangdong" section together into the Pearl River Delta, docking economic zone, achieving scientific development, coming from behind. Clearly stated requirements of regional integration in East Guangdong, and to transport integration as the leading development ideas. in recent years ,with the rapid development of economy and urban construction, Chaozhou City have been expanding and the traffic volume grows rapid, there has been cross-border crossings, urban roads and highways around the main entrance traffic congested, Chaozhou city to the county and the outlying towns and villages appeared bad traffic problems.As the Socio-economic and urbanization continue to enhance and traffic increasing, proposing new requirements to the construction of the road network. 2011 will enter China's 12th five-year construction period of economic and social development. To guide "12 5" on the transportation construction and promote regional economic, social and transport development, Chaozhou Municipal Government and the Provincial Communications Department have called for the preparation of "12 5" special transportation planning requirements.In order to practice the Chaozhou city road network construction and "12 5" plan and improve the regional road network layout better, according to the socio-economic and urban development in Chaozhou City, new situation on the highway planning and construction requirements, and the "12 5" plan and development needs of the city socio-economic and transport developments, this paper analyzed the effects of transport integration in the promotion of the regional integration, explored the integration of eastern Guangdong Transportation and Development Strategy, analyzed the problems of the socio-economic and transport development, proposing the planning Ideas of integrated transport and road network integration and"12 V".with the emphasis on analysis of the relationship between the three cities :Chaozhou, Shangtou,Jieyang, regional economic and transport integration, urban areas outside the main channel, the development needs of urban rail transit, airport and railway station building fast-track, transport facilities integrated design, highway and urban road interface and integration issues, this paper proposed planning ideas.This paper uses traffic prediction, forecasting the main channel traffic. Traffic was forecasted by a four-stage prediction basing on the current traffic distribution, analyzing the characteristics and developing trends of road traffic and vehicle population, combining the development trend of economic, social and integrated transport. Through traffic generation forecast, traffic distribution forecast, transportation mode split and traffic assignment forecast road traffic, proofing the planning assumption.
