T dissertation mainly introduced the system of marine generator that developed by a large shipyard of GuangZhou and the South China University of Technology. This test system improved the test method of the traditional marine generator. It has realized automatic control of the generator experiment load and automatic recording of generator test result. According to the needs of system design, adopt PLC control combined with fuzzy, using constant pressure water supply adjustment method to level and set level for the control of differential parameters, development of monitoring software, designed to meet the requirements of the ship a computer generator test system to achieve the effect of automatic and stable operation.We are the major load of salt water tanks electric control system for remote computer automated measurement and control system transformation, fuzzy control technology with an automated, programmable process controller, PLC, computer remote monitoring technology, power smart instrumentation, fieldbus technology formed salt water tank load automatic testing system.Main research work in three aspects: first, salt water tank Electric Automation PLC reconstruction; second is measuring the performance of marine generating set the text box and remote control panel research and development; three automatic monitoring of computer software development.The system gathers the real-time generator parameter with the power parameter measuring instrument, including the real-time voltage, current, frequency, power and so on; To carry out the automatic control of salty water box with PLC, including adding the water to the salty boxes and adjusting the power consume automatically and so on; To record the voltage and frequency curve of generator with the Virtual Instrument that combined by the multi-purpose gathering card and the LabVIEW software when the test of generator dynamic characteristic, including dynamic curve real time display; To realize the communication between the monitor computer and PLC and power parameter measuring instrument with Modbus. To realize the automatic recording of the result of the test of marine generator and to realize the automatic control of salty water box and can review the history data with KingView.
