With the fast development of urban-rural economy and the improvement of urbanization level, the relationship between urban and rural is increasingly close, and the increasing demand of urban-rural passenger transportation and Resident's asking for high-quailty transportation Service is coming too. So overall planning passenger transportation resources and promoting the development of Integration of urban-rural passenger transportation is imperative. The passenger station, which is the beta node of passenger transportation network and the essential infrastructure of organizing passenger transportation production, plays an "tosser" role in the process of realizing integration of urban-rural passenger transportation. Compared with highway construction, road passenger station construction is relatively backward, and can not adapt to the need of integration of urban-rural passenger transportation. So the sudy on planning of urban-rural road passenger stations, in the new situation, will be beneficial to building passenger transportation market orderly and healthily, improving passenger transportation network in rural area, and the development of integration of urban-rural passenger transportation.Based on the target to enhance the integration of urban-rural passenger transportation, combining the existing theory and practice about passenger station planning, the planning of urban-rural road passenger stations is studied systematically. First, development environment of urban-rural road passenger stations is analyzed from the theory and model of urban-rural passenger transportation integration, the characteristics of urban-rural passenger flow, the present construction of road passenger station. Second, urban-rural road passenger stations's composition, function, technical requirements and spatial structure are analyzed. Central place theory is used to build spatial hierarchy system, in the sdudy on spatial structure, which harmonizes the study on urban and rural passenger stations. Third, on the basis of analyzing influence factors and development about urban-rural passenger transportation demand, the method is put forward of predicting urban-rural road passenger volume, by the development of highway passenger transportation, including passenger coefficient and passenger volume from stations. Finally, the layout and planning method of urban-rural road passenger stations is proposed, based on the principle, influencing factors, basic pattern and methods of layout about passenger station.Jinan is taken as an example to empirical study in chapters. According the goal of building integration of urban-rural passenger transportation, the system of road passenger station is built, and each type of station's function is determined, which changes past phenomenon that passenger station's grade is substituted for passenger station's class; On the basis of analyzing the development of social economy, the development of the volume of passenger is predicted in Jinan. According to the result, the planning and layout of road passenger station is made by using the method of comprehensive analysis, and the project is put forward by appraising. The development of Integration of urban-rural road passenger transportation will be promoted and the construction of road passenger station will be guided in the future by the positive and instructive meaning of this article.
