Research On The Cause And Prevention And Control Of Concrete Cracks In Civil Engineering

With the vigorous development of China's urbanization process,civil engineering construction is flourishing everywhere,and concrete structure is more and more widely used.Concrete structures are affected by various factors during construction and use,resulting in cracks,which restrict the use of concrete structures.Concrete cracks always threaten the safety of concrete structures,greatly reducing the bearing capacity,durability and impermeability of concrete structures;moreover,concrete structures of different buildings are not.Similarly,the causes of cracks are different.How to analyze the causes of cracks in different concrete structures and put forward specific prevention measures has become a topic of concern in the field of construction.Taking concrete cracks as the research subject,this paper focuses on the causes and countermeasures of concrete cracks.This paper mainly describes the concrete microstructure and crack formation,concrete crack types and different types of prevention and treatment measures,concrete crack treatment measures,including the treatment and reinforcement treatment,at the same time,the introduction of a project case,the analysis and evaluation of its crack treatment technology;This paper puts forward the feasible prevention measures and conclusions of concrete cracks.In this paper,the study found that the main factors for concrete cracks are concrete material itself brittle characteristics,load effect,indirect effect,etc.,and through the analysis of the different types of concrete crack,this paper puts forward the feasibility of the concrete crack prevention measures,including the control of raw materials,optimization of the mix proportioning of the construction and mixing material quality control,strict control of construction technology,the five measures such as strengthening primary maintenance.
