Currently, in order to meet the development needs of road transport and to overcome the shortage of asphalt pavement and concrete pavement, many countries proposed the concept of semi-flexible pavement, which is a composite pavement formed by porous asphalt and cement paste. Semi-flexible grouting pavement has the flexibility of asphalt pavement and the rigidity of cement pavement, and it can be applied to urban roads, intersections, car parks, toll stations and ports. In this paper, on the basis of research achievements of domestic and foreign, volume design procedure was used to design matrix asphalt mixtures with a large void; the ordinary, cement paste and cement mortar meeting the requirements of flow property and strength were designed by approximately orthogonal and orthogonal test respectively. On this basis, high-performance liquid cement paste mix was designed, and the comparison and analysis between its flow property, shrinkage and strength performance and that of ordinary cement paste were conduct; by pouring slurry with different mix into the matrix asphalt mixture with different porosity, the pourability of high-performance liquid cement paste was reaserched. Finally, the pavement performance of on grouted composite materials was systematically studied through a series of indoor tests.By comparing with the flow property, strength, drying shrinkage of cement paste and cement mortar, we obtained that the ordinary cement paste was more suitable for semi-flexible pavement as grouting paste. Compared with ordinary cement paste, high-performance cement paste was substantially improved in the respect of flow property, shrinkage and strength performance, and the flow property was more stable. High-performance cement paste mix H2 and H3 were more pourable than ordinary cement paste. Based on this, the pourable parameters of paste and more rational calculation of the theoretical maximum density of grouted composite materials were proposed. Laboratory tests showed that the composite materials poured into the slurry H2, H3 were superior to composite materials poured into the ordinary paste of used in all aspects of pavement performance. Compared with hot mix asphalt, grouted composite material had obvious advantages in high-temperature stability, slight inferior in low-temperature resistance, and its Water stability was consistent with standards of ordinary asphalt mixture. This research results had reference value to improvement of the design level of semi-flexible pavement.
