With the development of the society and people become more and more rich, the more beautiful and higher building is hoped, which make the structural technology must be developed, and the structure is more reliable during construction. But《code for design of building structures》and《unified standard for constructional quality acceptance of building engineering》did not provide a unified reliability of structure during construction. Some provisions of the existing codes are only basined on experience. Complete this series of work need the support of basic experiments.So far, both in china and abroad the study on the structural performance of reinforced concrete housing during construction also obtained some results .but complete this issue needs a lot of statistical analysis of experimental data. Only the sample space is large enough, it can provide useful data for contractual design during construction, just like《load code for the design of building structures》。In view of this, this paper relies on Hangzhou Qianjiang Plaza, Which obtained concrete early strength development rule and a large number of valuable experimental data by on-site measurement and analysis. Discovered some important process, which is seriously affect the structural safe during construction. It analyzed the load re-distribution in the temporary stress. Meanwhile, this paper used the software ADINA make reinforced concrete structures analytical model, calculate the stress of steel in beams. Compared the measured results with simulation results, analysis of the relevant reasons, gives some relevant works proposals.In this paper, the research result of reinforced concrete contracture performance during construction, which can directly guide the construction, enrich and optimize the design theory, control the building collapsed accident and quality accident during construction,fill the blank of design which is regard to the force during the construction . It can control structural safety during construction and provide technical support for the collapse, has some practical value and economic value.
