Carbon fiber reinforcement technology is a new reinforcement method,which is a special structural adhesive that make carbon fiber cloth be pasted on the surface of structural components to improve the bearing capacity and stiffness so as to achieve the effect of reinforcement.The reinforced concrete plate,especially the opening of two-way slabs strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced polymer research,which is relatively less.While,in actual engineering,as the building affiliated facilities increased,pipeline crossing,we often need open a hole in the concrete slab.When open a hole in the concrete slab,the stress of round the cave is relatively weak,the tensile strength and stiffness will be greatly reduced,.As the service time increaseing,the impact of external factors,which are likely to cause the shortage of the bearing capacity.Therefore,this article on the CFRP reinforced concrete perforated plate mechanical properties study based on the development status,using the numerical analysis method,the perforated board reinforcing mechanical properties study for the system of theoretical analysis and research.Some works below are carried out:1.In this papers,we introduce the writing background,the writing basis and the purpose of writing.Summarizes the relevant areas within the former work and research,that I study and previous research job join place,according to the researchers on the study characteristics,existing problems and the meaning of the work of the auther are showed,the theme are raised on this paper.2.The system elaborated the ANSYS finite element method for numerical analysis of basic theory and its application of CFRP reinforced perforated plate mechanical properties numerical simulation analysis.3.The topic for the carbon fiber cloth reinforcement concrete holed plate test model,using ANSYS finite element software,choosing the reasonable finite element model,establishing the solid model.Using the software,we simulate and analyze the loading process of CFRP reinforced opening reinforced concrete two-way slab.The theoretical results were compared,validating the movement rule of strengthening plate of loading in the process of change,so as to explore the outer CFRP cloth on the reinforced concrete slabs influence degree.4.Using the plastic hinge line theory,calculate the load-bearing capacity and stiffness of the sticking carbon fibre strip reinforcement hole slab.While taking into account the two-way plate in plane stress regional opening and the shape of the hole and the distribution quantity of reinforcement,reinforced concrete perforated plate of the ultimate bearing capacity of in this paper,combining the test results and the results of finite element analysis,putting forward the formula for the bearing capacity of the correction coefficient,through the comparison analysis of theoretical calculation value and experimental value and finite element value,the correction coefficient calculation formula can be obtained more satisfactory results. |
