In recent years ,the process of urbanization, urban construction increasingly researchers in, city scale continues to expand, city drainage facilities management is becoming more and more complex, existing drainage facilities management markedly and the rapid growth of urban construction do not match. How to further improve this Tianjin whirl of drainage facilities integrated management, how to establish a healthy, sustainable, sewage management mechanism, to become the largest city in drainage facility management from the subject.Griddization management model is a totally new, effective, sustainable management model. The management model by griddization on cities' facilities informationize management, gradually straighten out the relativitstic function facilities management function, the previous vulnerability on share holders' rights facilities management gradually cleared, to the fullest extent of the facilities management fine fundamental high-efficiency, promote the city's political, economic and cultural development.This article griddization the drainage facilities management model for in reference to Beijing DongCheng district for more than one city grid management practice experience, analyzes the Tianjin Municipal facilities management mode at the current stage management problems and importunateness on the scientisticnes management needs, building drainage facilities grid management mode. As Tianjin drainage facilities management enabled an innovative mode, grid management have drainage during inspections, administrative law enforcement, emergency, detethering attemper flood season etc, and may provide for the reconstruction of sewage network decision support. Through the practice of griddized management, drainage facilities management model to optimization, to improve the technical management of drainage systems.
