| With the social and economic development,the scale of drainage network system is growing,expanding the scale of the drainage network,also brought some practical problems due to the doubling of network data,the demand for people of all system functions,the original Some drainage information management systems are no longer sufficient.With the development of science and technology and the wide application of Geographic Information System(GIS)system,for the construction of urban drainage management system opens up new research ideas.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend to use GIS technology to construct a dynamic management system for drainage networks with comprehensive functions and convenient operation.In recent years,due to the influence of global climate change and the continuous expansion of urbanization scale,many cities are in the dilemma of "water city" after experiencing heavy rain.And this phenomenon has gradually become a common disease in many cities in China.Especially in the flood season,many cities across the country are hit by typhoons and heavy rainfall,resulting in serious waterlogging problems in many provinces and cities in North,northeast and South China.Therefore,the prevention and control of urban waterlogging has become the focus of flood control and drainage.Based on the current situation of Tianjin drainage and system requirements,design a drainage management GIS system.The system has basic functions such as browsing,layer management,query,measurement,and information output.It also adds two extended functions: drainage network fault management and hydraulic model calculation.According to the requirements of the system,the system is designed.How to extract the attribute data from the GIS database,use the spatial analysis function of GIS to divide the catchment area and establish the SWMM model is introduced.The system can not only meet the daily information management,but also use GIS technology to provide data and technical support for daily maintenance,maintenance,flood control and drainage work.(1)The practical application effect of the drainage management platform system in Tianjin drainage management work is shown.The functions of query,browse,measurement,output and pipeline safety are displayed one by one,which verifies the practicability of drainage pipe network management platform.(2)Taking the Italian style plot of Tianjin as an example,the paper analyzes the flood prevention function by using the hydraulic model,and simulates the influence of rainfall in different return periods on the drainage capacity of the pipe network,node ponding and pipeline overloading.It is concluded that the design standard of the whole drainage pipe network in this area is too low to carry heavy rain and heavy rain.(3)Through the analysis of the dynamic diagram,it can be concluded that the drainage pipes of several roads in this area are overloaded.According to different reasons,formulate flood control plan,and ensure the smooth drainage of pipeline in flood season.(4)The scheme of pipe network reconstruction is established,and the regulation and storage tank is added at the water accumulation point.The model is used to simulate and demonstrate the scheme,verify the feasibility of the scheme,and realize the application value of the system. |
