| Turbines, together with impellers, which contact high-temperature gas about 600~1000℃that engine emits, are components of supercharger under high heat flux. Temperature rising of components resulting from heat of gas will degrade their material property, cause heat stress, heat distortion, hight temperature creep, change in property of components vibration and so on, and this directly influence the reliability of components and supercharge. Therefore, with the method of experimental investigation, mastering test method and precise distribution of temperature fields of supercharger impeller and turbine are of practical and theoretical significance.In order to make measurement precise, this research applies thermocouple and thermal indicating paint to comparing and measuring the temperature of different blade. Thermal indicating paint, which is painted on different blade, will change color at specific temperature and render the color at the highest temperature, then we can acquire the temperature of turbine blade. Infrared signal generator, which is erected at the end of axis of compressor after modification, together with thermocouple sensor, constitute"thermocouple-infrared remote sensing test system", which transmits datum measured by sensor to receiving equipment wirelessly. We can utilize"thermocouple-infrared remote sensing test system"to measure the instantaneous temperature of supercharger turbine blade.This research analyzes the flow characteristics of interior channels and temperature fields, investigates the influence of test sensor to work intensity of turbine blade, and determines the primary plan of impeller and turbine measurement and its feasibility. |
