The test system for fire emergency luminaries is very important in the industries of fire emergency luminaries. It fills in vacancy for test and supervision work. With the raid development of electronic technology and automatic control theory, it is very convenient for us to excogitate the test system with high performance and quality.There are some shortages in the old test methods along with the improvement of fire emergency luminaries. The whole automation level of its subsystem is lower, parts of functions depend on manual operation to carry out. It's also can't collect a data for the experiments at the same time. It doesn't satisfy the function to expand, and also can't collect a data for the experiments at the same time. In order to improve the precision of test data, and minish man-made error, it's necessary to design the new test system for fire emergency luminaries.At first, the performance and work principle of fire emergency luminaries are introduced, and demand and key technology of fire emergency luminaries are discussed.In this paper, distributed computer control system is adopted. The singlechip (PIC 16F877A chip) is used as the lower micro processor, and the main design function of test system can be generalized as follows:test emergency time and final voltage unit, long charge up and discharge up battery unit, charge up and discharge up battery unit, static state current discharged unit, iterated conversion unit, communicate unit, display and keyboard unit. The MPLAB ICD2 is used to software-design and program to lower processor.C#.NET language is applied to software-design and program to upper computer. C#.NET language has some advantages such as good practicability, friendly interface, convenient operation, powerful functions of storage, and calculation. The following program interface is done:test emergency time and final voltage interface, long charge up and discharge up battery interface, charge up and discharge up battery interface, static state current discharged interface, iterated conversion interfaceIn the designed automatic test system, all functions rae realized through computer, and the identifier can finished all test cperation by computer. So both automation level and work efficiency are improved greatly.
