The thesis roots in the cooperative project, the name of Reconstruct of Electromagnetic Valves Testing System, with one Electromagnetic Valves Co.,Ltd. According to demands of the company, a suit of testing system of electromagnetic valves with traits of system, integrity, intelligence, high efficiency for water medium is designed in this thesis. It changed the actuality of the existent manual test system has disadvantages of low efficiency and imprecision and so on The system could perform action test, seal test, leak test, life-span test, Kv test, flow resistance modulus test, response time test and resisting hydraulic pressure test for electromagnetic valves.This thesis researches on the Testing System of Electromagnetic Valves for water medium based on integration designing method. It carries out Function Optimization designing, Dynamic Optimization designing, Itelligence Optimization designing and Visibility Optimization designing in order to complete a suit of automatic test system of electromagnetic valves with integrity, high efficiency, high capability. Therefore, the thesis carries out research from four parts as follow:The first part is, according to the national criterion and the industry criterion and the requirement of the cooperant company, to carry out function analysis and optimization designing, and design the project of the testing system of electromagnetic valves for water medium, and eventually educe the flow of every test.The second part is to carry out Dynamic Optimization designing to the pressure of the whole test system. Using graphic modeling simulation software AMEsim to modeling and simulate to the system, and from open loop system and closed loop system analyze the pressure and flow of the system in order to understand the process of the test, which make for programming and optimizing the programme and make the test faster and preciser. And also analyze the function of the accumulator in order to make the system more consummate. The third part is to carry out Itelligence Optimization designing to the control of the system, including PLC sequence control and optimization designing of transducer cotrolling pumps to provide water, and design of control of testing system's pressure adopting two kinds of control method including basic two dimension control and parameter self-adaptive fuzzy PID control to simulate and compare.The fourth part is to carry out Visibility Optimization designing based on Labview, including optimization designing of the GUI, stakeout interface, parameter intercalate interface and print interface of the system in order to make the system can provide the operator more information, and have compact, intuitionistic and easy operating interface.
