Passenger dedicated railway construction is one important direction for the development of railways in the world today,which implements the sub-line of the railway passenger and freight transport. Passenger traffic increased passenger speed and improved the transport efficiency. Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger Line is the railway construction by leaps and bounds in the form of the construction of a passenger line. As an important South region rail line, in the design of engineering structures ,Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger line has a higher requirement in the design life. As an important component of engineering structures,concrete plays a crucial role to ensure the project quality. Therefore, the study of concrete application of the railway passenger line was of great practical significance.In this paper, high-performance concrete in the Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger dedicated railway tunnel lining project in the characteristics and strength, workability, durability requirements in order to durability as its main objective; of the Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger line through the tunnel cattle field trips, according to engineering the actual use of the site to provide on-site raw materials, mix design and production of high-performance concrete test blocks, focusing on anti-permeability experiments carried out to obtain a variety of high-performance concrete test data, collation, analysis, summarized, integrated assessment of the durability performance of high performance concrete. The results show that:(1) The impact of high dosage of fly ash concrete workability, the test results carried out in this article, when fly ash is 25~28%, the concrete slump and expansion of degree is the greatest.(2) Fly ash and the electric flux is inversely proportional relationship, the greater the fly ash, high-performance concrete 28d of the electric flux smaller, its penetration worse. As one of the mineral admixture, fly ash a price below the slag and other mineral admixture, is also lower than the price of cement, fly ash in high-performance concrete is both efficient and economical mode of operation.(3) The water-cement ratio and the electric flux is proportional to the relationship between high-performance concrete water-cement ratio the greater the greater the 28d flux, high-performance concrete anti-permeability worse. In order to ensure high-performance concrete resistance to chloride ion permeability and seepage properties, preparation of high-performance concrete should be advised to select low water-cement ratio.(4) The total amount of plastic material and the electric flux is inversely proportional relationship between total amount of high-performance concrete plastic timber the larger the value of its 28d Dentsu but smaller, its resistance to chloride ion penetration stronger. In order to guarantee the permeability of high performance concrete in the mix design should be increased as much as possible the total amount of plastic material.(5) Ore-doped ratio is inversely proportional to the relationship between electric flux and mineral admixture in cementitious materials, the greater the proportion of the total, its compactness as possible, greatly increased the permeability resistance of high performance concrete. Admixture of mineral admixture is to improve the permeability of high-performance concrete most direct and effective method.(6) The superplasticizer dosage and the electric flux is inversely proportional relationship, the greater the water-reducing agent dosage, high-performance concrete 28d of the electric flux smaller in high-performance concrete mixing water-reducing agent will help improve its anti - permeability.(7) The calculation and experimental studies to determine the cow Heights Tunnel C35 high-performance concrete mix as follows: cement: fly ash: sand: gravel: water: water reducer = 280:120:758:1090:152:4.64, Cl-1 total content of 0.036% of total plastic timber, lower than 0.10%, with a total alkali content of 2.547Kg/m3, the total alkali content of less than the standard value 3.0Kg/m3, to a certain extent take into account the strength and long-term durability of concrete performance.(8) The pairs of high-performance concrete construction technology has been studied and discussed for the management of raw materials, mix design, concrete mixing and transport, pouring, vibrator, maintenance and durability of control links is proposed for the South Railway high-performance concrete construction project specific methods and techniques, guiding the construction of railway high-performance concrete practical guiding significance.
