Heart disease is the major diseases that endangers human health. In worldwide, nearly a third of deaths are due to heart disease in each year. Therefore, how to prevent and treat heart disease is the hot research field currently. ECG is a curve graph recording bio-potential change over time from human body surface, which reflects the generation and transmission of heart excitement and the recovery process. ECG can provide doctors with the most intuitionistic information of the activities of the patient's heart. Generally ECG is used in clinical diagnosis, and it is an important tool for scientific research.Since the arrival of the first ECG for recording the human heart, and along with the development of the ECG detection technology, especially the development of modern electronic technology, the theory of ECG, perticularly the development of integrated circuits and signal processing technology, the development of ECG machine is moving towards the minuteness, intelligentization, multifunction and multi-lead.In this paper, a 12-lead ECG system is designed based on S3C6410 and WINCE6.0. This paper includes the design of the system hardware, the migration of the operating system and the underlying drivers, the design of the application software, the processing of the ECG signal, the saving and transmission of the ECG data. And this paper mainly includes the following functional modules:ECG signal acquisition module: Including the original ECG signal pre-amplification, filtering, A/D converter, etc;ECG signal processing, ECG machine main control system module: based on S3C6410 controller and WINCE6.0 core ECG real-time processing, dynamic graphic display, ECG-shaped print, ECG signal and patient information preservation;ECG data network transmission module: With the combination of wireless networks and wired networks, this ECG machine can communicate with the server or exchange data with other ECG machines.ECG parameters calculation: introducing the ECG heart rate calculation and R-wave detection, etc.In this paper, the ECG machine designed has characteristic of small size, powerful function and having high accuracy in practical diagnosis. The system uses VS2005 as its development tools, and uses technologies that WINCE6.0 supported such as multi-threading, TCP/IP communication, wireless communication and WIFI. The system has characteristics as being portable, user-friendly and easy to operate, and so on.
