The lead-acid battery has been widely used in automobile,mine,power system and other fields because of its high cost performance,long service life,and reliable performance.Positive and negative grid is an important part of the lead-acid battery,and the positive and negative plate grid is made of lead strip.The quality of lead strip has an important influence on the capacity and service life of the lead-acid battery.The edgetrimming and winding machine is an important part of the lead strip production equipment,which can complete the cutting edge,winding and unloading operation of the lead strip,and its performance directly affects the quality of the lead strip.Aiming at the problems of the edge-trimming and winding machine such as the low automation degree and the backlog of lead strips during discharge,the optimization and design of the edge-trimming and winding machine is carried out in this paper.The main contents are as follows:By analyzing the production process of lead strip,the technical parameters of the edge-trimming and winding machine are determined.The design of the trimming section and the winding section are completed.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes,a edge-trimming and winding machine with a high degree of automation and meeting the continuous lead strip production is designed on the basis of the original model.By analyzing the deformation of lead strip,characteristics of shear section and influencing factors of lead strip section quality during the shearing process of the disc shears,the side clearance and overlap amount of disc shears is determined.The key structure design of the trimming device is completed,including trimming mechanism with disc shears,shredding mechanism and cutting mechanism with parallel cutting edges,and transmission mechanism.By analyzing and calculating the shear force of the disc shears and parallel shears,the cylinder type of the cutting mechanism,the motor power of the cutting edge mechanism and the broken edge mechanism are determined.The basic pressure loop of the winding device is analyzed,and the overall design of the pneumatic system is completed.The load of the actuator is calculated.On the basis of the overall scheme of the edge-trimming and winding machine,the design of the belt conveyor,winding,auxiliary winding and pushing mechanism are finished.According to the overall plan of the edge-trimming and winding machine,the mechanism of the unloading device is designed,the working principle of the hydraulic control system and the load of the overturn support of the unloading device are analyzed,and the overall plan of the hydraulic system is completed.The on-line test shows that the design of the edge-trimming and winding machine is reasonable,the cutting edge section of the lead belt is flat and no burr,the width is in the scope of the size,the winding is neat without deviation,the cutting mechanism moves quickly,the lead strip reel unit is replaced smoothly,unloading process is smooth and the automatic continuous production of the lead belt is satisfied.
