Study On The Development Of Landscape Protections And Artistic Utilizations In An Ancient Village-Xiaozhou Village

With the development of new rural construction and the prosperous Creative Industries, many artists choose to live in the ancient inner village with strong homeland culture in big cities. Using the scene of ancient village, artists develop the creative industries. Based on the protection of the scene of ancient village, how to make use of it and keep the original local features are the main content of this study. The objective of this study is Xiaozhou Village in Guangzhou. In light of the current situation, the reasons of using the ancient village are analyzed. Based on the empirical study, vernacular landscape plays a positive role in art development. According of the related principles, we should design the plan of protecting the Xiaozhou Village, and the guidelines of Spatial Planning, green space system planning, landscape protection, water landscape planning, renovation design of landscape, the rules of usage for color. It is the fist time for Xiaozhou village to be researched on protection of scenery by theory and empirical study to build the new theory on connection between Lingnan ancient village and innovation industry, which makes them attached together. According to this objection, this study focused on the research of Xiaozhou ancient village by empirical study, and attempt to discuss the protection of artistic utilization for ancient villages around big cities.
