Biomass energy as a kind of renewable energy will become one of the industry's future development direction. And forest biomass energy as a member of the family of biomass energy has some characteristics and advantages, such as reproducibility, environmental and region suitability etc. It will become one hotspot of the study of the future energy development.Crushing is one of the key technologies of biomass energy Large-scale use. After crushing the particle of biomass materials change from large to small, and the surface of materials unit mass increase. It can improve physical effect and the speed of chemical reaction. The thinner the particle-size of biomass materials is, the better the processing will be utilized (such as compact shape, make up biofuels). So in order to adapt to the demand of large-scale exploitation of forest biomass energy, to develop fine crushing equipment which can meet the production requirements of forest biomass is imperative.This paper designs a whole structure of forest biomass slimer that the particle can achieve less than or equal to 1.2mm; detail the technical parameter selection and calculation process of forest biomass fine crushing equipment so the whole structure can match each other; for the important component of its vibration sieve, we change the structure of vibration sieve which can produce traditional radial vibration. Arrange vibration motor on its two sides to produce axial vibration; based on the virtual prototype technology using 3d modeling software Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire as a platform, through rationally simplifying on each parts of slimer, establish the 3d model of the whole structure and each part; using the ADAMS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems) to simulate the rotor motion and verify the accuracy of the design by testing the motion parameters of the hammer on rotor.The research results of this paper can provide a reference for the improve on the fine crushing equipment and the technical support in large-scale use of forest biomass energy.
