| Hydroelectric resource is one of important part as renewable clean energy resource in our country. It play important role in the energy balance and sustainable development of our country energy industry. Because of it's hallmark renewable, non-pollution, low running expense, it is convenient for shaving electrical peak, increasing resource utilization rate and overall socio-economic efficiency. Hydro-turbine is the power machinery of transforming water current energy into reverse mechanical energy. Hydro-turbine is the complicated combination solid made up of dozen of parts, is one of important part of hydro-electrical unit. Some parts such as runner, volute, guide vane, draft vane, has over current curved surface and complicated geometric modeling. So building database of hydraulic power and structural design can promote design quality and management, reduce the amount of work , shorten design cycle. Main achievements of this paper can be listed as follows:Firstly, 3-D geometric models such as runner, volute, guide vane, draft vane are established according to actual hydraulic design parameters by UG software;Secondly, Accomplish graphical interfaces design and object oriented program based on visualbasic.net which is the java script tool of visualization application program;Thirdly, Based on database of hydraulic power and structural design, leads all the hydraulic turbine models into the gambit software, and makes a mesh division of the discharge apparatus; Finally, make an analyze of the hydraulic turbine's 3-D steady turbulent of the whole flow passage with numerical simulation method separately in peak discharge, proper discharge and minimum discharge of sediments free media; set up the hydraulic turbine's performance forecast method based on CFD analysis, get the flow details of hydraulic turbine's inner discharge apparatus. The hydraulic turbine's performance forecast method based on CFD analysis applied to hydraulic design and alteration can reduce times of model test and shorten new product development cycles;... |
